I agree completely. Todd shouldn't have to bend over backwards. Also
I was amazed to hear that some contestants weren't received until less
than a week before the conference. There should be a deadline that is
at least a MONTH before. If it's too late, tough. There are too many
entries already, so making the rules more strict can only help.
