(...) I don't think it can be avoided. I too found the price steep, but after thinking about it, I'm a bit surprised it isn't higher. Unlike a conference, it's not bankrolled by a company. Huh. $75 is small compared to staying in a hotel for 2-3 nights in California. Not to mention transportation to get there from out of state. I think I spent $75 on gas and tolls for Brickfest.
