I forgot about their university access to the Internet.

I too will bring a DV camera and plenty of tapes to cover those events missed
by your cameras.
As for having talked about this, maybe. My illness over the holidays may have
pruged some ideas and thoughts I had as well as memories about conversations
and emails.

Definitely! I will help to type up any meeting notes etc. I had planned on
doing this for the LEGO Direct session at least.

I puchased a Mavica 300 that should come in handy for this purpose.
