I was angling for transcript style coverage posted here at Lugnet. One
long post, multiple posts, something... figuring that you, Larry, or
whomever else might be enlisted to help would choose whatever worked best
for them. If a connection is available and it could be posted as it happens
wonderful, but a post of a transcript of the session after it is over, later
in the day or that evening or even the next day would be just as good as
far as I am concerned. I appreciate the fact that this is indeed work and
that it is quite different from just sitting back and experiencing the
moment. I would certainly understand if no one chose to take on the job of
taking the minutes of this session. However, since you generously did
report on this session last year, I felt there would be no harm in
requesting an encore. I felt that either you might consent or someone else
might volunteer or maybe a handful of individuals would take shifts in
reporting, so as not to place a burden on anyone person.
I had forgotten that you forwarded questions from others at the 2001 Q&A
Lego Direct session. I was not suggesting taking questions from
nonattendees for the 2002 BF-[imho it would not be appropriate]. With 200
currently registered and the alotted time being a mere 1 3/4 hours, surely
there will be more than enough questions from the floor to fill the time.
As far as your typing, in the original post I already credited you with the
superhuman rate... you can go faster? :-)
Whatever you or anyone else decides, it is okay- [it isn't like anyone one
is paying you ;-) ], just enjoy being there!
[I agree with Julie Krenz and wasn't quite sure whether to hang this post
off hers or yours...]
warm regards,
sheree
