However I think we may be at capacity already, tablewise, Kevin
would know better, you should probably check with him via email before
actually adding tables.

Clarification: It looks like we are in fact at capacity and out of space for
additional vendors. I’m not sure the table registration request function can
be turned off on the site, we’re looking into it but we may not be able to
honor requests made after this point, I’ve seen the list and we’re chock
full.

At this point your best bet might be to see if there is a vendor that got
more than one table that is willing to share some of their space. Perhaps
one reading this post will contact you.
Brickfest is going to be the biggest ever, and unfortunately that means some
things run out. We really apologise for that but it’s a nice problem to
have, at least at one level.

Being that the space assigned for the Brick Bazaar is rather limited and the
number of available tables is also limited, I have to agree that the Brick
Bazaar is all booked up. The requested table count is already higher than the
number of tables allocated, so a bit of wrangling may be necessary to find
enough tables. I expect the Brick Bazaar rooms will be a tight squeeze all
around.
I wish I had a better, more positive answer to give.
