I've been away on vacation for a couple weeks and a little out of the loop. Does anyone know if/when the Viking line will be available in the US? I searched for info on Lugnet but didn't find much. The Brickfest 2005 keynote speech mentions the line (...) (19 years ago, 19-Aug-05, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.pirates, lugnet.castle, FTX)

Someone from Lego (I'm pretty sure it was Jake) said, during his presentation, that the Vikings would be available from S@H "by the end of the year". So I guess (...) Thanks for the link, Bruce! I'm not crazy about the speckled plastic used for the boulders and armor, but the set designs look excellent! It bugs me to see so much Bionicle (in the dragons), and I understand it's all part of the same system, but I'd (...) (19 years ago, 20-Aug-05, to lugnet.general)

Thanks to everyone for the info on the Viking sets. Looks like I won't be able to put them on my wishlist for my birthday in early September, but I am certainly glad to hear that these sets *will* be available in the US.
