Thanks for the offer, Tom. You never know, I may take you up on it one day. At
the moment I have friends and relo's living in the USA which I am taking full
advantage of at the moment.
Even with the Aussie Peso doing poorly against the US Greenback, it is still
way cheaper to get the sets in the US (as long as you can get free shipping
back to Australia via someone's baggage).
Try this on for size. Here are some USD equivalents for what we pay for sets
in Australia. Star Wars Snow Speeder USD$35, X-Wing USD$57, Mos Espa Pod Race
USD$147, even the Landspeeder costs USD$12. It is rediculous! We get ripped
off on our little island. All other Lego sets are equally expensive.
Do any other Aussies feel equally ripped off?!?!?
