Although I would be willing to accept Classic reruns with newer helmet
styles, I seem to recall trying this years ago and discovering that with
certain smaller-cockpit designs, a visored helmet would actually interfere
with the closing of the cockpit (because the face of the visor sticks out
just enough to touch a canopy in models where the pilot sits forward). I
don't have any examples in my head of which models this could be a problem
with, but I do recall experiencing it. ...Of course, as I have said, if
they produced classic space sets as Legends, I would probably be looking at
them for their pieces and wouldn't use the original design anyway. So it's
all good to me. :)

That's probably the lamest set LEGO ever made, not counting the Time Twisters line I suppose. But I (...) (22 years ago, 21-Dec-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.dear-lego)
