Duplo Figure Causes Injury. Help Sought From Parents/LEGO.

So, being the rotten LEGO parent I am, I gave my daughter one of her Bob the Builder sets today (I couldn't wait...er, I couldn't make HER wait...ya, that's it...until her birthday next week). It was "Bob, Lofty and the Mice. A wonderful set, to be (...) (23 years ago, 16-Jul-01, to lugnet.duplo, lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Packaging / Boxes

My favorite old box is from (URL) , the Classic Space All Terrain Vehicle. It is still in faithful use today, holding crisp instructions for my original space and town collections. When I got back into Lego a few years ago, I was torn as to what to (...) (23 years ago, 12-Jul-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Packaging / Boxes

(...) I wish the boxes were as compact as they were in the late 70's and early 80's. I guess "size sells" now, so they fill 'em full of air. You go back and look at the size of a box for a 600 or a 6803, and man they are tiny! I've seen bigger (...) (23 years ago, 12-Jul-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Packaging / Boxes

(...) "Playing with the sets"?? *sets*??? I'm confused. You mean you kept the individual bricks sorted by what set they came in? Even when I was a kid, all a Lego set was to me was a parts pack. I've always felt an obligation to build the set once, (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Packaging / Boxes

(...) I agree with Tom. I also appreciate the artwork on the good quality boxes. The box to me is a part of the product. I keep all of my boxes and store them in the hot hot attic while I store plastic in a climate controlled closet. I have reboxed (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)
