(...) [Warning! Long message!] G'day Tim and other folks, I stumbled upon your post because it appeared on the new-style LUGNET homepage. After reading it, I did a scan of recent postings to this group, and dug up those made by Brad Justus of TLC. I (...) (24 years ago, 20-Aug-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Will Lego Learn a lesson?

(...) Totally agree with you on this point. All you do when you kill off a theme is fustrate your customers. Why kill off good selling themes like Pirates. Even Wild West sold pretty well and it was way short lived. It looks like Ninja will be (...) (24 years ago, 19-Aug-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Formal Letter to TLC?

(...) Exactly right. Progress and cooperation from Lego does not and will not happen until we go outright and state our concerns. It should not have to go this far at all.   Re: Formal Letter to TLC?

I dunno. Bulk has actually been a disappointment to me -- there were maybe three items I wanted in the initial offerings (tiles, foliage, and those teeny windows), the rest was overpriced and pointless to me. I have made many deals of late that were (...) (24 years ago, 19-Aug-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)
