Re: Elements I'd like to see...

Gary, I'm not interested to start my own "Customize brick compagnie" ;-) But I can tell the Lego community how I do it. Customize theses bricks is not something easy but, I'm sure if you use the right tool, and if you realy take the time to be (...) (25 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Elements I'd like to see...

(...) Have you looked at the new(ish) Technic half-beams? These are basically 1xN female-female plates, except their height is 1/2 the width of a 1x1 brick. In LDraw measuring, regular plates are 8LDU tall, 1x bricks are 20LDU wide. The half beams (...) (25 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) I suggest you take your complaint to the store. Even if they can't change the policy of shipping within the state, they should at least be willing to let you reserve items to pick up within a week, and therefore should be able to call you (of (...)   Re: Lego Direct (was Re: Georgia LEGO Outlet is Cool!)

(...) Richard, you still don't get it. This is in fact what S@H does, and in fact because of their pricing scheme, they make more of the person who orders 10 of set X than 10 people who order 1 each of set X. Why? Well first, the shipping cost isn't (...) (25 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego) !

Re: Georgia LEGO Outlet is Cool!

(...) I'll make a brief point with my problem with all this. When I found out about the Lego Outlet I found some rather rare sets and posted them to the web. Then I went back and did a complete inventory and posted everything to the web. I go to the (...) (25 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) This is getting to be exactly what I think of much of what you post, Larry -- or did you think you had a corner on this market too? The difference is that I am not quite as self-serving or puffed up as yourself, apparently. My ideas are a (...) (25 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego) !
