 Dear LEGO / 134
Re: New Service Packs for 1999.. —Jeff Stembel
I would support a variation on this. Each month, a Form Letter is posted on a website specifying a parts pack. Everyone who supports this would then download it, sign it and send it in. It would be much more organized that way. Maybe the month (...) (26 years ago, 22-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

It's not like it matters much. They only seem to look for the phrase "I would like to suggest..." and then they send you a form letter. Jeff (...) a (...) way. (...) (26 years ago, 22-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: New Service Packs for 1999.. —David Blomberg
It would be useful to post addresses and names of individuals that we should write to. (26 years ago, 27-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: New Service Packs for 1999.. —James Brown
(...) Agreed. I've been following the "we should write letters" thread, and (while I come down on the non-form letters side) I agree that it is a good thing. However, most people don't have the slightest clue of where to send such a letter. Could (...) (26 years ago, 27-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: New Service Packs for 1999.. —Gary R. Istok
Whatever you folks would like, is fine with me. By the way, does anyone know if Peter Eio is still the President of TLG/USA? He knows who I am (he's replied to several letters about bulk orders several years ago). I would probably also send a copy (...) (26 years ago, 22-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: New Service Packs for 1999.. —Thomas Main
Gary, Peter Eio is listed in the latest press release as being in charge of Lego, Inc. in Enfield. I also think that individual letters would make more of an impact than a form letter. I am assuming Lego will send a form letter back, but if we keep (...) (26 years ago, 22-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) I know others have mentioned that form letters aren't as effective as as personal letters, but how about a compromise - an online form that you could go to and select standard items you wanted to comment on (lack of slopes in all colors, same (...)
