  RSC Rebirth: Rounded Slope Compendium

(2 URLs) When I started the RSC for the mech-heads back in early 2002, it was with the intent that we'd have a growing resource for all the beautiful slopes, wedges, and canopies that LEGO has released recently. It was a nice intent, but without (...) (21 years ago, 3-Jun-03, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.general, lugnet.db.inv, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Image for 4175

There's something odd about the image Lugnet has for 4175, it shows the video for 4177. The pieces surrounding the video seem correct. (URL) (21 years ago, 19-May-03, to lugnet.db.scans)

Re: "stamp" on older building instructions

They had free sets you could get with so many points, I only managed to get one set (can't think of it off hand). You had to pay S&H but you could get some good sets basicaly free! Josh (Who still have 1000's of the points saved, for no reason!) (21 years ago, 14-May-03, to lugnet.town, lugnet.db.scans)

Re: "stamp" on older building instructions

(...) I dunno... I think Lars is referring to the small triangles that first appeared in System instructions in the early nineties. Last page, upper right corner; they transpose to the back cover as well. One side shows the theme ( a symbol), the (...) (21 years ago, 14-May-03, to lugnet.town, lugnet.db.scans)

Re: "stamp" on older building instructions

(...) When I got a set from my girlfriend the other day, it had sticker in it--they said something like "Attach these stickers to gain points" or something--I'll read it more carefully tonight. To see the stickers, see (URL) note the gold/black (...) (21 years ago, 14-May-03, to lugnet.town, lugnet.db.scans)

  "stamp" on older building instructions

Hi, I have just bought some older lego sets and I noticed some kind of stamp or cupond on the last page in the building instructions. Anybody know what these was used for? Were they for collection, or collect point to win a price something else. (...) (21 years ago, 14-May-03, to lugnet.town, lugnet.db.scans)

Re: From which set does the white pigtails hair piece come from?

(...) It's from an old town minifig accessory pack, sorry I can't provide the number -- someone else surely will. It's fairly rare, but does occasionally appear for sale. Because of the way the element attaches to the head, you may want to consider (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.db.inv)

From which set does the white pigtails hair piece come from?

Hello out there, the subject says it all. BrickLink and Peeron don't seem to know where the White Pigtails Hair piece does come from. (Although BL did sell some last month) Does anyone know which minifig did use this on her head? thanks for the (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.db.inv)

Re: Questions: Working on 694 Inventory

(...) Excelent, thanks for the help. I couldn't get anything to come up on peeron for these parts so I had no idea what to call them. Derek (22 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.db.inv, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Questions: Working on 694 Inventory

I'm doing an inventory for set 694. I have a MISB copy of the set. It was recently found in my parents basement. (URL) contains several pieces that are not currently in the peeron database. I'm wonder how to name them for the inventory. (URL) piece (...) (22 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.db.inv, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Part 4318

I'm guessing the centered tab under the two fingers was counted as the third finger. IIRC, it functions not as most hinge "fingers" do, but stops the attached part from moving lower than horizontal. (...) (22 years ago, 28-Apr-03, to lugnet.db.brictionary)

  Swamp Green at BrickLink?

I appears that Peeron Swamp Green is BrickLink lime. This begs the question, what is the difference between Peeron Swamp Green and Peeron Lime? (22 years ago, 25-Apr-03, to lugnet.db.inv)

  Re: New features at Peeron.com

(...) it took me a while to figure out how to do this (evil javascript, but if you don't have it turned on, you won't get the small window anyway), but it should be working that way now. I also updated the search from the color chart to be faster, (...) (22 years ago, 18-Apr-03, to lugnet.db.inv, lugnet.inv)

Re: parts catalog - beta testers and colors
