It's from an old town minifig accessory pack, sorry I can't provide the
number -- someone else surely will.  It's fairly rare, but does occasionally
appear for sale.

Because of the way the element attaches to the head, you may want to
consider simply painting a more common element of the same type -- point
being that you don't have to paint the interior attachment area, just most
of the rest of the element (the part that is visible).  With paint you might
consider a grey element also, perhaps as a more naturalistic color choice
for the hair of an elderly person.

Hello out there, the subject says it all. BrickLink and Peeron don't seem to know where the White Pigtails Hair piece does come from. (Although BL did sell some last month) Does anyone know which minifig did use this on her head? thanks for the (...) (22 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.db.inv)
