To me, that's a pretty loaded question. For reference, let me post my
newest set of characters:

Now - none of them are good nor bad. They are just different. I decided
not to make any more bad or good characters - I will leave that up to the
reader. Some may think that General Reganok is a good guy - since he works
for King Lector and Queen Malahat SEEMS like such an EVIL queen, so
that would make him good by association. But that's not really the case.
So my answer: I prefer to make up my own mind about who is good and evil.
Just out of curiosity - how would you label my characters based on my little
bios?
