        Side of Beef (was Re: Butcher's Shop) —Chris Maddison
   OK, here it is: (URL) is how I made a side of beef. The only thing that was changed from the original pics in the instruction pictures was that the 1x2 finger hinge was replaced by a 1x3 pink plate. Either works.
