I can't stand the interior... I started building it and only got up a few
levels before I realized that I wasn't going to be able to do a nice
interior... I was running out of short 1x tan bricks fast... so I used a mix of
2x and 1x tan bricks and pretty much whatever I could find for brown plates to
fill in the gaps-- I've got a 1/2 octagon from the Skiff, and 2 1/4 octagons in
there too. Also note the door's positioning... RIGHT on the corner... I was
short a single 1x1 brown brick (for the corners they're the only things that
will work short of 1x1 cylinders which I wasn't as fond of). But the door hinge
piece takes the place of 2 1x1's stacked, so that solved the problem... it just
meant I had to have my door right on the edge.

Yep, I'd probably do something similar (although I'm gonna try in grey (or
maybe a mix of dkgrey and ltgrey)... I love the "blah" look of the tan, brown
and grey... it makes it more drab and realistic than the bright happy colors
used elsewhere... works great for shops, castles, ornate tents, etc, but for a
peasants house, I really like it...

Hopefully we can get a couple more of these boring houses together for the TCS
display to act as more filler for the villiage...

Yes... 644 tan, grey, and dkgrey pieces was extremely helpful! I think at the
time that just about doubled my tan piece count!
