I look forward to any new chapters.
By the way, what type of camera did
you use, anyway? My current digicam
is incapable of getting *decent*
closeups of figures...

I use an Olympus D-510 Zoom Digital camera.  You don't have to necessarily have
an expensive or flashy camera to get good closeups.  With digital cameras, as
with film cameras, light is everything.  The more light, the better the picture
will be, though as with all things there is a limit.  If you don't have access
to a lamp that produces fake 'natural' light, like an artists lamp or a
phillips reveal bulb, indirect sunlight works, but doesn't fit my schedule ;)
Another good tip is to not try to get too close to the fig if your camera
takes pictures in large dimensions.  You can always crop the pictures to get
closer to the fig, instead of simply resizing the picture.

Anyway, that's just been my experience.
