Re: Joust for joy —Sean Devolites
(...) Great job Yaron! The joust is great and the Black Knight is awesome. How long did it take you to build the grandstands for the joust? Hasta La Vista, Sean (22 years ago, 4-Oct-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Joust for joy —Yaron Dori
(...) Thanks Sean for the compliments. As for the grandstands I think something like for hours to get the shape right as I wanted and a few hours more for some little details Thanks again Yaron "Webrain" Dori (22 years ago, 5-Oct-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Joust for joy —Yaron Dori
(...) OK, I made a great fool of myself. Thanks to Josh I now do understand. I love that movie too, but for some reason it slip my mind, prehaps it was because I tried too much learning by heart "We're the knight who say NEE" part so I forgot about (...)         Re: Joust for joy —Josh Wedin
Very nice Yaron! I was glad to see that I am not the only person to use the gray goalie shirt for armor. Way to go! Your black knight is cool as well. I hadn't thought of using the blacktron torso for a knight, very creative. Darth Maul makes a (...) (22 years ago, 4-Oct-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Joust for joy —Yaron Dori
(...) Thanks Josh for the compliments. As for the "gray goalie shirt", it also used by LEGO as an armor for one of the Fright Knights, and it's a cool armor cause it can be usefull for more then one army. I'd use the blue one for the Black Falcons. (...) (22 years ago, 5-Oct-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Joust for joy —Josh Wedin
Hi Yaron, Thanks for the replies. I didn't know that the gray torso was used be the fright knights. I am a bit fright knight illiterate because I sort of avoided them as a theme; though I am now discovering some cool pieces from them now. I was also (...)          Re: Joust for joy —Yaron Dori
(...) It's quite simple really, I scanned the symbols to the computer form shields, edit it a bit with Photoshop, did some test by sending it to the printer until I got the size I wanted, and then I used a transparent sticker paper for the printer (...)      (...) Wow looks great, Yaron! This is what TLC should do with the castle line, something like what they did back in the 80s!! -Bryan (22 years ago, 4-Oct-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Joust for joy —John P. Henderson
(...) Great job! It's like the Soccer sets, except you went all Medieval on their @$$'s... <grin> Now you need a carraige set (instead of a bus) that comes in different colors for different knights' attendees, and you could have a whole line of (...)          Re: Joust for joy —Yaron Dori
(...) Thanks John. I really love the comparision, after all you know, Jousting was the Medieval greatest sport. Thanks again Yaron "Webrain" Dori (22 years ago, 5-Oct-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Joust for joy —Johannes Koehler
Hello! Fine work, Yaron! I always love realistic looking stuff. Well, there are many maids-of-honour on the grandstand. But who is the dame on the King's left side with this big hat (I guess: The Queen)? She does not look gratified... Bye Jojo (22 years ago, 5-Oct-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Joust for joy —Yaron Dori
(...) Thanks Johannes, I also loved those pictures you sent for the "Midnight MOCkery Contest". As for the maid with the "big hat", I guess she's not too pleased with the fact that the winner knight didn't proclaim her as "Queen of Beauty". In case (...)
