Kerry,
thanks for your post.  To answer your questions, only 1 6091 is actually
used in the royal palace.  However  there are two "Royal Jousts", and around
7 "guarded Treasuries" included in the set.  The lack of Basic brick
elements in these sets necessitated the use of nearly every other set I own.
Around 15 percent of the castle is made up of parts (mostly specialised and
decorative) from the Knights Kingdom sets (The arched Windows and roof peaks
mainly).  The Majority of the Castle was built using Basic Bricks from my
Castle (Light Grey), Pirate (White),Adventurers(Tan)and Star Wars (Dark
Grey) Collections.  The Walls surrounding the castle are nearly every grey
brick and plate I own, (mostly copies of "Knights Castle", "Seige Tower"
"Black Falcon's Fortress" and the like.  The Main structure uses no wall
pieces and is made up entirely of bricks except for the top floor (where
stability was chosen in favor of stacking bricks)where white wall sections
from the "imperial outpost" were used.  Thanks again!  Jon

King Leo, sorely disappointed with the poor quality, shoddy • workmanship, and
overall unsafe conditions of his former castle (#6091), is proud to • announce
the completion of his new residence -The Royal Palace-.

Magnificent!

To what extent is the Royal Palace constructed from parts from #6091
(and how many sets of 6091 were used?), and to what extent are you using
parts from elsewhere?

Kerry
