  Detail on curved surfaces?
 
I'm working on a rendering that will feature surface detail on a sphere, similar to the way a cylinder (of opposing color) would intersect that sphere. (...) It's needed for backwards compability. Using an old/not updated renderer shouldn't make the rendering look awkward. But using a newer renderer should make it better. Hi, I've just been getting familiar will LCad & POV-Ray the past few days and things have been moving along fine but recently I've run into a problem with a certain model/piece. Hello, I’m having a little rendering problem and I’m not quite sure what is causing it. I’m using LPub to do my BI’s, so, naturally, I use the color scaling option.
