  Re: Technics beams and plates?

(...) You need to download the main library files. These are ldraw.exe (the original LDraw software) and complete.exe (the complete collection of LCAD part updates). These are both ARJ archives, in self-extracting packages (just like lcad0002.exe (...) (23 years ago, 15-May-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Re: Technics beams and plates?

Well if your useing MLcad, go to 'file' and select 'scan parts'. This will ask you if you want to add any new parts it finds to the directory. When I installed MLcad I had to do this twice before I had all the parts that were soposed to be there! (...) (23 years ago, 14-May-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Technics beams and plates?

I'm trying to build my first L-draw / MLcad model, and my first step was to use a 1x10 technic beam, and since my parts list only has 1x2 and 1x14, my virtual creation stopped before it started. I'll bet there is a simple way to convert the 1x14 (...) (23 years ago, 14-May-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Re: Solution concerning MLCAD colors (was Re: Question about MLCAD colors)

In addition to this I personally feel that the grey edge colour for black elements is too dark, it works for one black element but when you have a black model the joins become nearly invisible. Is it posible to create user defined custom colours (...) (23 years ago, 24-Apr-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Solution concerning MLCAD colors (was Re: Question about MLCAD colors)

Good Evening. I am writing to give my own suggestion about colors in MLCAD, based on pre-existing colors in LDraw. While some of the colors [when converting LDraw usage to MLCAD usage] turned out pretty well, others appeared so shockingly different, (...) (23 years ago, 23-Apr-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Simon, It's called a "Wedge 3 x 2 Left" or a "Wedge 3 x 2 Right". In MLCad, look under "Other Parts" and "W". -Andy Lynch ----- Original Message ----- From: "Simon Bennett" <simon.bennett@ntlworld.com> To: <lugnet.cad.mlcad@lugnet.com> Sent: (...) (23 years ago, 17-Apr-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
