So you are determining what to select based on something on the screen? I
had expected you were doing it by coordinate filtering (but that may • explain
why you don't support selection in 3D)

Personally I find it much more confusing not to select everything in the
area. Maybe make this a preference option?

If it wasn't too much work to add a routine to do it I'd be happy to wait a
bit longer for parts to be selected if I knew that everything in the
bounding box would be included, no matter what where in the model it would
lie, although I guess it would be useful to not select hidden parts as MLCad
currently does so I can hide parts that I don't want to move and still make
use of an enhanced bounding box. And I think that Larry's idea of making
this an option is a great one, that way the current method will still be
used unless the option is turned on.
