how do I combine 2 models in mlcad to render one image?

I'm trying to make a rendered image of my microfig space ship. I was planning on making 4 seperate models in mlcad and then combining them into one file so I could then render the whole ship. I checked the mlcad tutorial and learned how to import a (...) (24 years ago, 5-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad, lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.ray)

  NT4 and GPFs in 1.9r4

Has anyone else had problems with large models when trying to move the view? (zoomed in on model, needed to scroll in the view window to work on another section) I decided to throw together a rough Death Star Trench with the X-Wing, Darth's Tie, and (...)   Re: Feature Request

This is not so easy and depends very much on the design ... currently it's not realy multi-threaded but I will analyse the possibility of that, should not be a too hard job anyway. Michael Mike Poindexter <lego@poindexter.cc> schrieb in im (...) (24 years ago, 3-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

I think mlcad is a great program and wanted to thank you for all of your hard work. It's the best windows based program I've seen for modeling. I would like the ability to undock windows. I've recently moved from a 19" monitor to a 15". It would be (...) (24 years ago, 1-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Request

When a piece is selected, there is a modify option. Very useful. I have two small requests concerning it. 1) I'd like a hot-key for it. Perhaps 'M'? So I can select and hit a key. Much like 'C' for change color. 2) I'd like the ability to specify (...) (24 years ago, 2-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Feature Request

Although I think this is unlikely to have a lot of people asking for it, I would like to see MLCAD multi-threaded. This would allow me to double the speed it runs on my home PC, which is a dual pentium machine. Mike Poindexter PS: I also really like (...) (24 years ago, 1-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  What happened to the studs?

I just upgraded MLCAD from v1.7R2 to v1.9R4 and now the studs are just lines on top of the bricks. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks Jason (24 years ago, 19-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Suggestion

I love MLCAD and use it all the time. One thing that I would like to see that would really speed up my building time is a Favorites part folder that can hold as many parts as I want to put in it. When I'm building, I'm mainly using 'basic' (...) (24 years ago, 19-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

I am successfully using a cross section of the LDraw related applications in Windows 2000. MLCad, LDraw Add On, L3Lab, L3P Add on, L3P and POV Ray.   Windows 2000

I'm strongly considering purchasing Windows 2000 when I back up and reformat my system in the near future. I'm curious if MLCad and if LEdit will run in them.
