One thing I do know is that there isn't anything in the Bylaws that says we have to announce these positions publicly, that they are permanent once set, or that the same person can't be all 3. In order to adhere to the LDraw.org Bylaws the LDraw SteerCo have voted unanimously to share each of the positions of Treasurer, Secretary and Chairperson equally between all LDraw SteerCo members for the duration of the current term.
