In order to adhere to the LDraw.org Bylaws the LDraw SteerCo have voted
unanimously to share each of the positions of Treasurer, Secretary and
Chairperson equally between all LDraw SteerCo members for the duration of
the current term. Any questions addressed to any of these positions should
be posted in lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw or privately directed to any of the
current SteerCo members who will pass it on to the mailing list or respond
from the relevant position as they see fit.

This solution seems to be outside the spirit of the bylaws, and probably
outside the letter as well.
The bylaws state “Once elected, the Steering Committee Members shall vote
amongst themselves to determine a chairperson, secretary, and treasurer.”
(Emphasis mine).

I think it more than meets the spirit although I agree it may be outside the
letter. I’ll try to think of a better solution for next year.
