Ah, thank you. I was clicking the prominent "March MOTM" poll link at the top of
the main page instead of navigating through the contests page. (Maybe the main
page link could direct you to the view or vote pages depending on whether you've
already voted.)
Incidentally, if I remove the "www" from the link to the new poll Tim announced
I can access it fine.
http://ldraw.org/index.php?module=LdrawMOTM&func=ballot&ballotid=39 is
accessible, but
http://www.ldraw.org/index.php?module=LdrawMOTM&func=ballot&ballotid=39 presents
the "You already voted" message.
