Well, that shows off a possible flaw in my suggestion. LDView doesn't
automatically download unofficial versions of official parts. The part in your
example has an official version, and that gets shown instead of the one on the
tracker. However, since the contest only allows new parts to be submitted,
that's not necessarily a problem. Your sample part is a complete rewrite of the
bmp2dat version of the same part. Despite the great amount of effort required
to do that, I don't think it would qualify for entry into the contest, even if
you just submitted it.
