Quarterly would be okay, but i think bi-annual is more realistic. Most
animations are still infant in nature, with the exception of one or two
indiviudals that have learned to harnest the power of POV-Ray animation.

| No way! I couldn't wait for a bi-annual competition. I'll admit that though I'm not so skilled with animation, I'm still learning and experimenting with new things, such as camera/model rotation etc. It might not even need to be a contest.
