Here is the solution (IMO) to the sorting thing for the PT and to the problem of files sitting there for ages. All files marked "hold" or "needs admin review" or "certified" (i.e. "you cant do anything with this file right now") go to the bottom of (...) (21 years ago, 4-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Going back a ways for this one... (...) I considered going a similar route when I constructed the PT: offer reviewers a list of checkpoints that they should consider when posting a review.
