Neat. Let us know if you succeed. Is KDX same as KDE? I use Apple's X11
with KDE for stuff at school, so I'm somewhat familiar with it (from a
user's perspective at least). I may see if I can get it to work too..
although I agree a native version would be ideal.

Just for reference here are some parts I found that don't render or
don't render right with Mac LDView. I recognize its not really under
development now but I figure it's just good practice to document
problems.
Bricks:
1x4 - #3010
1x6 - #3009
2x3 - #3002
Slopes:
2x2 45 - #3039 (only the angled surface or pattern is drawn)
Tiles:
1x4 - #2431
2x2 - #3068b
Other:
1x3 doors - #3821 & #3822 (door panels render but not cylindrical pivot)
They seem like fairly basic parts, but turning off part substitution
hasn't had an effect.
Anyways, happy holidays. Expect new developments in the Mac MPD Utility
department before the week is out!
