| I have a link in my LDView download page to the old (URL) Get Started: Linux Users> page at ldraw.org. At the moment, it still works, but as far as I can tell, the new site has no equivalent page, although you can still get to this page if you go to (...) (21 years ago, 14-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, FTX)

| (...) Unless I'm misunderstanding, I think you would be much better off if you drop ".ldrawdir" from the plist filename above. That way the file can contain other settings in the future in addition to the LDRAWDIR setting you have now. Or put (...) (21 years ago, 7-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

When you say "pref pane" do you mean a "PreferencePane" that goes into "System Preferences...", or do you mean just a way to set the preferences from a dialog box opened by selecting "Preferences..." from the application's "Application" menu?
