Re: LDraw.org Bylaws Drafts: Call for Public Discussion and Consensus

(...) I agree with Tim here. I think there is ambiguity and I would like it removed but I do not want Tim to be barred from standing for election as a result of removing it. The issue here is that of conflict of interest. While I think Jake McKee is (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jan-04, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

I cannot connect to LDRAW.ORG - plz help!!!

I've tried connecting to www.ldraw.org for several hours now, and I've consistently gotten the "No response - server may be down" error message!   ldraw.org MOTM & SOTM Winner for March 2002

Hi all, If you carefully read the subject line, you may have noticed something odd. I said 'winner', not 'winners' Yep, that's right, this months awards are a sweep for just one person. Congratulations to Cale Leiphart for winning both the Model and (...) (22 years ago, 4-Apr-02, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw) !

  May 2001 ldraw.org MOTM voting

Here goes, Voting is up an running for the May MOTM. (URL) models have been rendered in Bryce. Bryce looks a little different from POV-Ray - sort of another philosophy on the idea of "photo-realistic".   LDraw MOTM winner for February 2001

Wow, This was a *close* one. Tim, biting his nails over the outcome, has been needling me to count the votes and resolve which one is the winner. He will be happy to know that this months winner is Amnon Silverstein and his scene "Hot Rod Race". (...) (24 years ago, 1-Feb-01, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)
