I think putting Motor Cutout in the keywords would work, if we can't reasonably fit
it in the part title.

OK, I think Stop and Proceed are OK for the names.

So the light bulb can be physically removed from the complete part? But the metal
parts cannot/should not be removed? Then you should make two "complete" files:
x322c01.dat Electric Light Brick 4 x 2 without Light Bulb (Complete)
-- with the brick and metal parts
x322c02.dat Electric Light Brick 4 x 2 (Complete)
-- fully complete
I figured that not having the light was the exceptional condition, that's the reason
for x322c01 having the "without Light" tag (instead of x322c02 having a "with Light"
tag).
