Yes, I agree.
For now, you just have to remember to mark the vote the same as your prior vote.
Ideally, there should be a comment area when a new file is submitted, and a
separate post-a-comment function.

Nod. And we should be able to filter the part-list by type, fix/new,
reviewers, etc.
