There is:
Primitive substitution!
I found out that we (mis)use stud4.dat by scaling its height by 5 in bricks!
(and other factors in other parts)
If I add a rounded edge to stud4.dat, it looks OK on plates,
but silly on bricks - the rounding gets elongated (steep)!
LGEO uses lg_plate_cylinder and lg_brick_cylinder
and we should use two different studs in LDraw too.
Primitive primitives (grin) like cylinders, discs, rings, cones and spheres
are OK to be scaled, but studs and axleholes etc. should never be scaled
- or they cannot be substituted correctly...
