  Re: LDraw.exe

All right! I figured out how to use LDraw! As I was working on how to get L3P working as per Manfred Moolhuysen's instructions (Re: I can't run L3P), I realized that both L3P and LDraw are DOS programs. So I followed his directions for L3P and (...) (24 years ago, 29-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: New program for Macs: BrickDraw3D

(...) Although I'm not a Mac user, it's nice to see Ldraw alive and cicking in the "Enemy" camp ;-) I wish you a lot of response of- and coöperation with other Mac users. Keep up the good work. Greetings, M. Moolhuysen. (24 years ago, 29-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) Thanks. I'll try to work up a simple one that exhibits the same problem, that particular DAT isn't for public consumption. (...) c ">/"++" c "s"" to yield ( :-) ) ++Lar (24 years ago, 29-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  New program for Macs: BrickDraw3D

Mac users wishing for LDRAW, your day is nearing! I've started to post daily builds of my program, BrickDraw3D. See (URL) short, the goals for this program are everything you've been dreaming of but couldn't get on a Mac. Well, at least as far as (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev) !

  Re: tubing  [DAT]

(...) I think the "can't move in the long direction" problem would be solved if you put the modified command line in a separate dat file, then used that new file like a part. For example (and only slightly in a different direction, style-wise), you (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) LDList is Anders Isaakson's program to search the LDraw parts. It's very handy and lightweight. I don't have a link handy, but if you search (URL), you should dig one up. Steve (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: I can't run L3P

(...) You must have a MS-DOS Command Prompt window open before you can issue the L3P command. Here is what I have done as a setup for L3P: Search for cmd.exe (probably in your Windows\System32 directory, it is the program that opens the Command (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
