Not knowing anything about LEGO cad, why would a transparent element
need a different part number than the chrome version?

| (...) You should ask that to Lego. ;) We try to follow the Lego numbering scheme as far as known. As far as CAD is concerned there is no need for a different part, it's just a matter of changing the colour properties. Rui Martins (25 years ago, 19-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
