FYI, if no visible part number can be found on the part, and if the numbers
group can't find a correct TLC number, then the part gets assigned a number
<1000.
And for future reference, if you have any questions concerning part authoring,
they can be posted to lugnet.cad.dev. The lugnet.cad.dat heirarchy is
_supposed_ to be reserved for .dat content posts (and followups to them).
