Arg, I forget the actual syntax, and all my POV files are on my other machine, so I'll just have to tell ya to check the docs. Basically, the ambience value tells POV-Ray (...) (...) In POV Ray, choose "Render" > "Edit Settings/Render" In the "Command line options" box, type: +Lc:\ldraw\lgeo or whatever the correct path is. You can add more than one path to look in, for example if you want to use Anton Raves' (...) (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) Yes U can from the POV menu chose: TOOLS Edit master POVRAY.INI and then add at the end a row like: Library_Path=......... U can add up to 10 Paths in this way U have to do it just one time! (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) I goofed on the spelling; it's "ambient" and not "ambience". Anyway, modify in the "finish" section of the sub-part you want to light up. e.g. in the L3P output file, find the sub-part you want to light up, and change from: finish { ambient (...) (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
