This is actually a double question: 1. For parts on the PT that are fixes of existing parts, it's it considered okay to upload a new version of the part, fixing any errors or hold vote comments that my exist? 2. What about for original parts if the (...) (22 years ago, 30-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) By "hack", I just meant that someone could view the message page, save the HTML source to their hard drive, and modify the fields in the form to allow them to input userid and subject line. (...) Yes, we would not display the destination email address, just the destination Parts Tracker userid. Good idea on the fixed subject line. (...) This would work, but isn't it a little bit strange? I think you should make only the 2nd subpart for the gold surfaces. The pattern you can make in a Subpart in the main directory (like a real part). See 80.dat or other Subparts in the main (...) (22 years ago, 27-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.cad.dev)

One webpage, with just a few fields: ToUser (already filled in, maybe locked), Subject, and Message. Maybe with an "include my email address" (...)
