Re: 1381 Vampire Crypt figs (and garlic tile)

Steve did get back to me (in fact we exchanged lots of mail today) and here is the first part, the "dapper hero" torso or (per Peeron): "Minifig Torso with Three Piece Suit and white Shirt and Red Tie" (URL) code range D has been assigned to Studios (...)   Re: Advice on hair pieces

(...) Not sure what you mean - it doesn't check if a line has its ends properly ending on a surface vertex. (loosely related) I have a pending update for edger2 that check if the angle of existing condlines matches angle between surfaces. If the (...) (14 years ago, 22-Sep-10, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) Ah, I was not. Very interesting. I'm still plowing ahead with upgrading Edger regardless because I'd like that built into this tool, but options like making inlining parts optional and not adding conditional lines within a certain angle (...) (...) reads the primitives correctly. What I meant about bad lines was that I noticed your tool does some checking for spurious lines; that must just be for lines between coplanar surfaces. (I could see this being a problem for highly detailed parts (...) (14 years ago, 22-Sep-10, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) Well, at least splitting into triangles at the middle would produce a fairly clean result in that it would eliminate artifacts, but at the cost of creating extra triangles. I've been working on my adjustment tool and my initial results have (...) (14 years ago, 21-Sep-10, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

"Medifig" - New scaling for minifig parts  [DAT]

Hi, everyone! I've been working with LEGO's for a long time, and LDraw/MLCad for a while. Judging by some of the posts I've read, I'm not the only one dissatisfied with the overly "cute" juniorized minifigs. I do not own any of the technic figures, (...)   Re: Work-in-progress improved minifig arm  [DAT]

(...) More progress, at last. I think this now just needs a little work on type 5 lines at the elbow bend. I believe I have done as much as I can to use the cyli, cyls and cyls2 primitives, which should improve the appearance by renderers which do (...)   Re: "Clusters" of Studs?

(...) In principle this sounds OK to me, but I would want to be somewhat restrictive about how many new files we have - 4x4, 6x6, 8x8 sound good combinations. What others? Regarding a naming convention, though, do we know how all renderers recognise (...) (22 years ago, 20-Oct-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts.primitives)
