Yeah, I noticed this also (*after* I posted it, of course). :-P
I've already fixed this in the version I've got here,
and I'll re-post it later (I wanted to wait and see if
there were any other fixes it needed,
and speaking of which... ;-)

I don't understand this.
The way I see the grip of this piece in reality
is that there are a but of toruses ("tori"?...been too many years
since I took Latin ;-) stacked atop one another,
but the only way I could simulate this was with cone/rings.
The "edge lines" in this case are to simulate the gaps
that I see between the toruses when I look at the greatsword
real close.

ACK!
Good one.
I'll have to fix this.

[shudder]
I'm not really that comfortable
with intersecting curved surfaces
(as amply demonstrated by the way
I klooged together the Cattlehorns piece. ;-)
I honestly did the best I could
with my current understanding
of the curved primitives.
If anyone has some really, *really* specific advice
("insert the following pre-coded line...."),
I'd be happy to accept it.

Thanks! :-)
