Note to everyone: could we *please* stop using this format for subpart
titles?
The '~' is only meaningful for 'hidden' parts in the main parts/
directory.[1]
The 'subpart' is redundant; only subparts belong in parts/s/, and when
the file is released, it's going to be tagged with an ID line like
0 LDRAW_ORG Subpart UPDATE 2002-03
The 'for <file>' is redundant - it's already captured in the filename.
IMO, the best format for subfile titles is to use the title from the
parent part, or at least the base/most of the title, and then add
details of the subpart. There will be exceptions to this guideline,
because of the wide variety of subparts.
In this particular case, I'd title this file:
0 Minifig Torso with SW Rebel Pilot (A-Wing) - Silver Detail

1) The leading tilde tells search/cataloging programs to ignore the
file.

| (...) Steve, What subfiles, in your opinion, would need the tilde ("~") as the first character? I'm thinking that any subfile created for dithered color usage, and is used only for that one file, would qualify. But I could be wrong... Thanks, (...)
