(...) Yep, I think you are right. The 30208.dat part appears to be 4 LDU too tall, unless there are more than one brick version of this part. I recently CAD'd my Tequila Sunrise locomotive, which uses the part 30208.dat, Cylinder 4 x 4 Hemisphere Multifaceted. As I re-read them, I see that the -o5 option turns off generation of optional lines for concave faces (as of 1.13), and that they are on by default. Do you know if the (...) (...) I seem to recall it was written in VB? If so, the VB text box has a content size limit of 65K. The only way around this is to work on an in memory string buffer and not store (and read back) the result in the text box. (17 years ago, 2-Sep-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.cad)

(...) I see in the stl2dat release notes for version 1.12 an options -o5 (which isn't in the documented options list above) that makes it generate convex optional edges (I think it means concave).
