| (...) I see in the stl2dat release notes for version 1.12 an options -o5 (which isn't in the documented options list above) that makes it generate convex optional edges (I think it means concave). That's probably why the inner part isn't smooth in (...) (17 years ago, 27-Aug-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, FTX)
