The current public version (1.12) of stl2dat set the face color to green or blue
when the face contains degenerated triangles (with 2 or 3 coincident points) in
the original stl file. This information can be used to clean the result file.
I will publish a new version that removes this problem.

| That's great news. Just out of curiosity, do the green and blue bits have any significance, or are they just random? Since LDView was used for the part images, and there are plenty of smooth curves, it appears that stl2dat did a reasonably good job (...) (17 years ago, 27-Aug-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, FTX)
