Re: Plant Brick 1 x 1 Round with 3 Bamboo Leaves

(...) Just for you, I bought a 7081 set today, and I'll give the plant a try. /Tore (20 years ago, 2-Jun-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Plant Brick 1 x 1 Round with 3 Bamboo Leaves

(...) I found out that according this site (URL) partnumber must be 30176. Would this be correct? And, can someone make it? Thanks. Jaco (20 years ago, 2-Jun-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Problem with click hinge part(s)?

I'm working on modeling a recent creation in MLcad, and noticed that there is a difference in the height of the .dat versions of these parts: (2 URLs) When they are lined up side-by-side, the click hinge portions do not line up. This picture is (...) (20 years ago, 2-Jun-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, FTX)

  Re: Question about creating Cone 4 x 4 x 3 for LDraw

(...) Are you saying that the LEGO on the stud is rotated 45 degrees from how you would expect it to be aligned? Or are you saying something else. if the former, I agree with Don, I'd have the default orientation the one that people are most likely (...) (20 years ago, 1-Jun-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Question about creating Cone 4 x 4 x 3 for LDraw

(...) I don't really want a part rotated 45 degrees from direction it's going to be placed. The Ldraw 'A' command works in 90 degree angles. That's why I chose the orientation I did for the mockup. Plus it matches the other cones. I'd say leave the (...) (20 years ago, 31-May-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Onion Dome (part 44511) from Orient Expedition sets

In lugnet.cad.dat.parts, William Howard wrote: (snip) I wanted to close the loop on this.. William is right, and I was incorrect about the cross section. I agree that there is no recurve in the part, and thus no figure 8 cross sections when put back (...) (20 years ago, 31-May-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Plant Brick 1 x 1 Round with 3 Bamboo Leaves

Has anyone modelled this part: (URL) it does not seem hard, but I do not have the skills to make it. Just use the 1x1 brick round and model the leaves once and use them three times? :-) Jaco (20 years ago, 30-May-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Question about creating Cone 4 x 4 x 3 for LDraw

(...) I happened to get me a seccond hand trainset 725, including two of these cones. So I have started on creating this part for LDraw. By looking at the orientation of the stud and the inner details it seems that this part was creating 45 degrees (...) (20 years ago, 30-May-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
