Re: Would some one model these parts??

(...) Thanks. I just got done reviewing the LDraw giude. I'll be more carefull about posting. (24 years ago, 6-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

New Part: 3x 3x 2.5 Crane Basket  [DAT]

I'm assuming this is a basket. I didn't know what else to call it. 0 Basket 3 x 3 x 2 & 1/2 Square 0 Name: 2424.dat 0 Author: Joseph H.   Duplo Center Stud Primitive  [DAT]

Here is the primitive for the Duplo center stud I came up with. It incorporates the flattened sections on the inner walls. 0 Stud 4 (Duplo) 0 Name: stud4dup.dat 0 Author: Don Rogerson 0 Unofficial Ldraw model 1 16 0 -40 0 16 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 16 (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Duplo part 3437 (2x2)  [DAT]

I've been working on Duplo parts myself. Here is my 2x2 brick. You will also need the primitive Stud4dup.dat (to follow), which is the primitive I devised for the center stud. It incorporates the flattened surfaces on the inside cylinder. For the (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: New Part: 3001_d.dat - Duplo Brick 2 x 4

(...) Ah, I forgot about primitive substitution. For that reason, we probably should have a special primitive for Duplo studs (as you previously did), not a scaled-up stud4.dat as I suggested (and as I used in my recent Duplo parts). On the specific (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Would some one model these parts??

Austin, Since you haven't received any answers, and I think this is the third time you posted this or a nearly similar message in this forum (or one of the other CAD groups), it is probably safe to say that no one has modeled these yet, and also no (...)   Re: x475.dat, "Minifig Hat Tri-Corner"

(...) OK. I'll stick with my statement: the comment should only supply information about *placement*, not provide helpful suggestions about rotating the parts. Steve (24 years ago, 5-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: New Part: 3001_d.dat - Duplo Brick 2 x 4  [DAT]

(...) Sorry, my mistake. I think someone suggested the change, and I must have taken it for an official decision. I have no idea who suggeted the name change, only that I didn't like it then, and I don't like it now. My 33062 looks like this: 0 (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: x475.dat, "Minifig Hat Tri-Corner"

(...) Addendum: This "default" is also the usual manner in which LegoCo illustrated their Pirates minifigs who wore this hat: no plume, and centered. In fact several were illustrated as wearing this hat with no plume and *reversed* (180 degrees). (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: x475.dat, "Minifig Hat Tri-Corner"

(...) Yes. I like to have my minifig pirates with their plumes to their left (i.e., "sinister", to borrow a term from heraldry), but someone else (who might be a member of the insidious right-handed conspiracy ;-) might want his minifig pirates to (...)
