Yes. I like to have my minifig pirates with their plumes
to their left (i.e., "sinister", to borrow a term from heraldry),
but someone else (who might be a member of the insidious right-handed
conspiracy ;-) might want his minifig pirates to wear their plumes
to their _right_ (i.e., "dexter"). By doing it the way I did,
the "default" is _no_ plume, and centered.

| (...) Addendum: This "default" is also the usual manner in which LegoCo illustrated their Pirates minifigs who wore this hat: no plume, and centered.
